Complaints against college staff (except Executive Principal) should be made in the first instance, to the Executive Principal via the college office. Please mark as Private and Confidential.

Complaints that involve or are about the Executive Principal should be addressed to the
Chair of Trustees, via the College office.

Complaints about the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or a college Board member, should be
addressed to Chair of Trustees, via the Trust office.
