At The Hive College we offer 3 different courses to meet the wide-ranging aspirations, abilities and needs of our students.
The Live programme is for students who aspire to move into paid employment on completion of their course. It focusses on developing employability skills and work placements are an integral part of the course. For more details please click on ‘Live’.
The Thrive programme is for students who may aspire to move into voluntary work once they finish their time with us. Thrive students get the opportunity to develop their communication and social skills and to take part in regular voluntary work and community visits. For more details please click on ‘Thrive’.
The Strive programme is for students who want to improve their communication skills and aspire to become an active member of their community. Strive students will follow a sensory curriculum and will have opportunities to access community facilities regularly. For more details please click on ‘Strive’.
- All students will attend college four days per week
- All students should have an EHCP
