The Hive College is committed to providing high quality Careers Education, Advice and Guidance to all students. Each student receives 2 one to one Careers Appointments with a trained Careers Adviser every year which results in the creation of an individualised Careers Action Plan. All students are supported to complete this Action Plan to ensure they achieve their aspirations in the future.
During their time at The Hive College, all students will receive multiple opportunities to access the world of work and take part in work related learning through a variety of ways.
A Careers Strategy and Programme are currently being designed and will be available here in the coming months.
