Luke’s Supported Internship was disrupted by the first lockdown in March. However, Silver Birches Care Home were so impressed with the work he had done to support the Site Manager that they offered him a paid job which started in October 2020. Luke is really enjoying the challenge of his role and feels proud to have his photo up on the Staff notice board.
Sakander completed his Supported Internship at Moor Hall Hotel in 2019 and was offered a paid job in the kitchens. He has endured a period of furlough along with many of his colleagues but is very happy to be back at the Hotel.
Georgia successfully completed a Supported Internship at Chemdry which lead to a job offer. She has become an invaluable member of the team.
